The orientation diagnostic covers three aspects: a structured description of the situation submitted, identification of the regulated status or statuses that apply to it, and a reasoned introduction to a small number of licensed professionals competent for that specific status. Investment recommendations and the management of your assets then fall to the professional you appoint.
What the meeting covers
The initial meeting covers the client’s wealth, professional and family situation as they present it: nature and location of assets, current project, deadline, constraints already identified. Example. An executive who, at fifty-two, receives an employee share plan settled in securities listed abroad first needs an adviser able to qualify the transaction before it is declared. The diagnostic is devoted to this work of qualification and orientation, delivered in writing at the end of the meeting.
A clear scope, for an impartial orientation
The diagnostic is devoted to positioning your situation. The choice of a specific product, structure or investment then falls to the licensed professional to whom you are referred: this is what guarantees the impartiality of an opinion devoted exclusively to the nature of your situation.
The resulting orientation
The diagnostic concludes with a short note, given to the client, naming the regulated status or statuses concerned and, where the client wishes, a small number of licensed professionals relevant to the file. The service is subject to a fixed fee communicated before any commitment, separate from any remuneration that the professional the client then turns to might receive.
