One point of contact, where the market imposes six
Your company, your buildings, your allocation: three matters brought together with a single point of contact. You tell your story once, and it moves forward on every front.
Twenty minutes, no commitment. A reply within one business day, signed by a partner.
One firm, six professions
Your adviser already knows your file
You are selling a company whose accounts we have kept for four years. You are selling a flat in a building we manage. You are having the allocation your bank has just proposed reviewed. In all three cases, the person across the table already knows your deadlines and your constraints.
This continuity rests on a fact rather than an intention: six business licences held by a single company. Every licence missing elsewhere means, for you, one more intermediary and one more time repeating the same information.

Where to start
Depending on what brings you here today
I hold a family estate
A holding company for your shareholdings or your family portfolio. A property sold with complete discretion. An allocation reviewed by a third party independent of your bank.
I run a business
Accounts kept every month and annual accounts filed on time, for a price known in advance. And, when the business changes shape, a framing exercise while every option remains open.
I invest or structure capital
The Luxembourg vehicle chosen for the strategy actually pursued, the local service providers coordinated, the distribution timetable planned from the design stage.
I have a project to finance
A financing plan that stands on its own before the lender, then a presentation to two to four selected funders. A fee fixed in advance, identical whatever the outcome.
Business owners and families
Setting up a holding company, a SOPARFI or an SPF?
Sale of a business, consolidation of shareholdings, family portfolio, property held jointly: we choose the right structure with you, set it up with your notary, then keep its accounts every year.
Finance a project
A project’s financing is decided before the first meeting
A lender forms a view on the figures, and quickly. We prepare those figures, choose the instruments with you, then present the file to those who can finance it: banks, SNCI, Mutualité de Cautionnement, professional investors.
200 000 €
Maximum amount of the SNCI competitiveness/sustainability loan, at zero interest, for a project co-financed by a partner bank. It still has to be requested with a file the bank agrees to co-finance.

Wealth management and governance
A CIO independent of your bank to arbitrate your allocation.
Actuarial science and risk management
Risks measured, monitored and explained to your board.

Discretion
On this site, every example is anonymised: your discretion starts here.
Our clients read in it the treatment reserved for their own file. Our remuneration comes from them alone: our advice belongs entirely to them.
Corridor
From Luxembourg to West Africa
Structuring from the Grand Duchy a vehicle whose assets are located in Abidjan, Dakar or Accra requires two skills rarely found with the same adviser: the European framework on one side, knowledge of counterparties and of legal regimes that overlap poorly from one country to the next on the other.
Our team has carried out origination, structuring, securitisation and structured credit distribution transactions on this continent.
First step
Let us talk about your situation
Twenty minutes are usually enough to know how we can help you. If your file falls to another professional, we refer you to them in full independence: our only remuneration comes from you.
