Data collected
The site collects the data that visitors voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, telephone number where applicable, and the content of the message. No banking or sensitive data is requested by this form at this stage.
Purpose and legal basis
These data are processed for the sole purpose of responding to the request made, whether a general enquiry or a request for an orientation diagnostic. Processing is based on the legitimate interest of Aurels Luxembourg in handling the requests addressed to it, or on the performance of pre-contractual measures where the request concerns a specific service.
Retention period
Data submitted through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then for a period not exceeding three years from the last exchange, unless a longer retention period is required by law, particularly regarding anti-money laundering.
Audience measurement
Two tools help us understand how the site is used, so that we can improve it.
Burst Statistics, installed on our own server, produces overall traffic statistics; the data stay with us.
Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), measures browsing in more detail: pages viewed, visit duration, device type, approximate origin. It places cookies and is only activated after your consent, given or withdrawn at any time from the cookie management banner. This processing is based on your consent. The retention period and details of the cookies are set out in our cookie policy.
Rights of the data subject
Everyone has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding the data concerning them, as well as a right to restriction of processing and to data portability, under the conditions laid down by the Regulation. These rights are exercised in writing with Aurels Luxembourg S.à r.l.-S, via the form on the Contact.
Complaints
Anyone who considers that their rights have not been respected may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), the competent supervisory authority in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Data transfers
Contact form data are hosted within the European Union. Audience measurement data processed by Google, where you have consented, may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
