Research internship in economics and finance

The context
Why this position exists
Aurels’s Research division produces the analyses on which our advice relies: the Luxembourg property market, project structuring and financing. We welcome master’s students to contribute genuinely, not to file documents.
Your role
What you will do
- Build and clean economic or property databases, then derive usable indicators from them.
- Write, under the supervision of a doctor of economics, an analytical note on a topic defined with you in the first week.
- Attend client meetings where the subject allows, to see how an analysis becomes a decision.

Who we are looking for
What we require
- Master’s student in economics, finance, statistics or actuarial science.
- Comfortable with a data analysis tool (R, Python, Stata or advanced Excel).
- Careful writing in French; English is expected.
Conditions
In practice
Internship under an agreement with your university, or a voluntary internship contract. Remote working possible for part of the internship. Please state your preferred internship period in your application.
