The context
Why this position exists
Every year, entrepreneurs choose Luxembourg without knowing its company forms, procedures or tax calendar. Many discover too late that a poor initial choice is paid for over years. We support them from the first question to the first VAT return. The person we are looking for will be their guide during this period, then hand over to the accounting team.
Your role
What you will do
- Advise on the choice of company form (SARL, simplified SARL, SA, branch) in light of the client’s project.
- Coordinate incorporation with notaries: articles of association, capital, paying-up, deed.
- Handle the formalities: Trade and Companies Register, Register of Beneficial Owners, VAT registration, the client’s business licence application.
- Carry out the know-your-customer checks specific to each new business relationship.
- Set up the initial accounting organisation and hand over the file to the team that will follow it.

Who we are looking for
What we require
- At least five years’ experience in company formation, in a fiduciary, a notary’s office or a business law firm.
- Precise knowledge of Luxembourg company law and incorporation formalities.
- Fluent French and English.
A plus: German or another language spoken by our foreign clients; training in law or accounting; experience of anti-money laundering checks.

In practice
Full-time fixed-term or permanent contract, in Luxembourg, with extensive remote working: the firm works a great deal remotely. Please state your available start date in your application.
