The context
Why this position exists
At Aurels, a property sale is rarely an isolated transaction: it touches a succession, a financing, a holding company, sometimes a construction project. Our Property division (agency, building management, development, circle of qualified buyers) is looking for negotiators able to see the file behind the property.
Your role
What you will do
- Take sales and letting mandates, for existing and new properties, including off-plan sales.
- Value, present and negotiate, from the first meeting to the notarial deed.
- Refer your clients to our accounting or advisory colleagues when their project goes beyond property, and follow the file with them.
- Present to the buyers in our circle the properties that match their criteria, before any public listing.

Who we are looking for
What we require
- At least five years’ experience in negotiation, in property or otherwise.
- A sense of discretion: our clients often entrust us with more than a property.
- Fluent French and English; any other language is an asset.
Legal requirement. Practising as an estate agent in Luxembourg requires passing the “Regulated access to real estate professions” training and holding a business licence. You already hold it, or you are ready to obtain it: we support you in the process.
Conditions
In practice
Freelance status, remuneration through a share of the agency fees on the transactions you carry out. Activity compatible with remote working. Please state your start date in your application.
