Project structuring and financing analyst
A sound project can fail for want of being presented in the language of those who finance it. You will be that translator.

The context
Why this position exists
A developer launching a residence, an entrepreneur taking over a company, an investor acquiring an income property: all end up before a bank or an investor with the same question, “what guarantees repayment?”. Our Advisory division helps them answer it, from the first financial model to the file handed to the funder. The analyst we are looking for will build these files with management, and will quickly become a direct point of contact for clients.
Your role
What you will do
- Build the financial models of projects: cash flows, internal rate of return, debt service capacity, sensitivity scenarios.
- Propose a financing structure, between equity, bank debt and quasi-equity, and justify its balance.
- Draft the financing files and presentation notes for banks and investors.
- Carry out a critical analysis of the client’s assumptions, including when it leads them to revise their project.
- Follow the exchanges with funders through to the decision.

Profile
Who we are looking for
What we require
- A master’s degree in finance, economics or from a business school.
- At least five years’ experience in structured finance, investment banking, transaction advisory or property finance.
- Complete command of financial modelling and precise writing.
- Fluent French and English.
A plus: German; experience in property development; additional training in statistics or accounting.
