Formats
Tailor-made, on site or remotely
Each programme starts from the questions your teams actually deal with. The exercises use your own cases, anonymised where necessary.
- In-company sessions, on your premises or remotely, for a group of employees.
- Programmes over several months, alternating sessions, applied work and assessment.
- Short tailor-made modules : setting up and running a simplified SARL, accounting principles in Luxembourg, VAT returns, business organisation and management, risk management, telling the story behind the numbers (storytelling with facts and figures).
Process
From request to certificate
- A conversation about your needs, the profiles to be trained and the starting level.
- A programme and a quotation, with learning objectives, duration and timetable.
- The training, based on your company’s cases.
- A final assessment of learning.
- Delivery of the Aurels Institute certificate, attendance certificates and the documents needed for the co-financing application.
Co-financing
Training partly funded by the State
A private-sector company established in Luxembourg can obtain from the State an aid of 15% of its annual investment in training, and up to 35% of the salary costs of certain participants. These aids are taxable; invoices from training organisations are among the eligible costs (Chambre des Métiers).
Certificates are issued by Aurels Institute following an assessment. They attest to the skills acquired and do not constitute a State diploma.
Aurels Institute holds business licence no. 10131387/1 as a continuing vocational training organisation, issued by the Ministry of the Economy.
