A property programme succeeds when its buyers are brought together in time to reassure the banks and secure the financing. Aurels Patrimoine achieves this by relying on the same network of qualified buyers as the agency, built up through the group’s relationships, to launch pre-marketing even before the building permit application is filed.
Pre-marketing
Potential buyers are identified upstream, within the group’s qualified network, which shortens the time between obtaining the permit and signing the first reservations.
Financial completion guarantee
Every programme sold off-plan is covered by the guarantee required by law, which protects the buyer should the works be unable to be completed. We explain it to every buyer, from the reservation stage.
Example : on a programme of ten homes sold off-plan, a site incident that delayed handover by six months would leave the sums already paid by the buyer protected: the statutory completion guarantee takes over to complete the works.
Site monitoring
A single point of contact supports the programme from permit to handover, with regular reporting to buyers on the progress of the works.
