Your company ready to invoice from day one

Setting up a company in Luxembourg means choosing the right legal form, gathering the required documents and keeping to a precise timetable between the notary and the Trade and Companies Register. We support this process on its administrative and accounting side:

  • preparation of the forms;
  • referral to the notary for the deed of incorporation;
  • immediate set-up of your bookkeeping.

Drafting the deed itself remains, as the law requires, the notary’s responsibility.

Example : an entrepreneur wishing to set up an SARL-S with a symbolic capital of one euro must nevertheless gather the same identity documents, proofs of address and draft articles as a company with more conventional capital; this is the file we prepare before passing it to the notary, then to the Trade and Companies Register.

Choice of legal form

SARL, SARL-S, SA, or a SOPARFI, SPF or SCSp holding structure for your estate: we compare with you the accounting and tax implications of each form before your appointment with the notary.
